Why Are You An Extraordinary Spiritual Being, Simply Having A Human Experience?

In essence, we are all spiritual beings having a human experience rather than merely human beings having a spiritual experience. Part of the journey of our human existence is to seek self-awareness as an omnipresent spirit (being present everywhere).

Jesus stated on five different occasions throughout the Bible that in essence “The world would love you as one of its own if you belonged to it, but you are no longer part of this world. I chose you to come out of the world, so it hates you.” – John 15:19 (NLT)

As you consider this inspirational thought, let me ask you; what do words like “joy” and “happiness” mean to you?

  • What does success mean to you?
  • How do you know you have reached fulfillment?
  • How do you define what your Purpose is?
  • Once you identify happiness and success by virtue of living your Purpose, what do those words, statements, and their definitions mean to you?
  • How will you choose to live by the meaning YOU give these words that describe your Life experiences of pain and pleasure?

Yes, ultimately our lives are shaped by the results of all experiences that involved Significant Emotional Pain and Significant Emotional Pleasures.

Pain can be described by many different words with similar meanings. Here are a few you may be able to relate to: Anger, Rage, Fear, Panic, Envy, Spite, Jealousy, Distrust, Sorrow, Distress, Regret, Greed, Gluttony, Arrogance, Self-Pity, Guilt, Blame, Resentment, Hatred, Inferiority, Weakness, Lies, Deceit, False Pride, Superiority, and EGO.

As well, pleasure can be described in many different words with similar meanings. Here are a few I hope and trust that you have experienced recently: BLISS, PEACE, HARMONY, LOVE, HOPE, OPTIMISM, SERENITY, HUMILITY, KINDNESS, BENEVOLENCE, EMPATHY, GENEROSITY, TRUTH, COMPASSION, LOYALTY, and FAITH.

All of these words, statements, and definitions can be vague, and open to the interpretation of the people speaking them as well as those who are hearing them. Before you can truly fulfill a Life of Purpose, you must first define exactly what these types of words describing pain and pleasure truly mean to YOU. Seeking other’s Emotional Intelligent Opinions are worthy of the task, however, at the end of the day, other people’s definitions, opinions, and beliefs don’t matter. Only your meanings matter as you live and fulfill a Life On Purpose.

The final thoughts, words, and actions that come from your heart and out of your mouth are what truly build your character as a human being.
